Leslie Ament is a Customer Intelligence Management thought-leader and analyst who focuses on how organizations capture, manage, analyze and apply actionable customer insight to improve customer management techniques, reduce operating expenses and to accelerate corporate growth. Ament completed her doctorate Phi Kappa Phi at the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign and her Master's and Bachelor's degrees at the Indiana University-Bloomington. Her passions are international travel, spicy food, classical music, jazz, and Chicago-style rhythm & blues.
Senior Vice President Zvi Ruder's role encompasses operations, content licensing, partnerships and consulting for Hypatia. His areas of expertise include: information services, digital media, acquisitions and licensing for all types of journal, book, reference and research products for leading Scientific, Technical & Medical [STM] publishers as well for the Life Science and Biotech industries.
He attended both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Ben-Gurion University, Israel and holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in engineering. In his spare time, Zvi enjoys fine wine, science fiction and travel. A member of the American Vexillogical Society, he is also a serious collector of books relating to political symbolism.
Director, Client Account Services & Business Development Joe Azzolino joins Hypatia Research, LLC with over 20 years of technology expertise at companies such as Inforonics, Gemini Professional Services and GenRad. Previous management roles have ranged from head of professional services to Director of Global Business Development.
Joe holds a BS degree in Management of Information Services (MIS) from Northeastern University. In his spare time, Joe enjoys family cruises to exotic locations and travel in general.

Cindy Jutras is a widely recognized expert in analyzing the impact of enterprise applications on business performance. Utilizing over 35 years of corporate experience and specific expertise in manufacturing, supply chain and business performance management, Cindy has spent the past 5 years benchmarking the performance of
software solutions in the context of the business benefits of technology.
Prior to founding Mint Jutras, Cindy was Vice President, Research Fellow and Group Director for the Aberdeen Group/Harte-Hanks where she conducted survey-based research on ERP, suite-based enterprise applications and business performance management. During her tenure with Aberdeen she directly managed a variety of research practices including Enterprise Applications and ERP, Manufacturing, and Product Innovation.
Cindy has traveled the world speaking at executive conferences on her original supply chain concept, Virtually Vertical Manufacturing. She is the author of the book ERP Optimization as well as numerous magazine articles and has published hundreds of benchmarks and other research reports. Cindy holds a Masters of Applied Science from Boston University and graduated summa cum laude with a BA from Merrimack College in mathematics, with concentration in physics and computer science.
Senior Analyst, Enterprise Information Management & Data Quality Starting in 1987, Howard Baldwin has covered the impact of technology on business writing about everything from PCs and Macintoshes to games and mainframes, and the chips that run them. He is also the author of Quip City (Robert D. Reed Publishers, 2004) Howard lives with his wife, a physician, and their three cats in the Silicon Valley.

First Nationwide Bank and TMAC. As an independent consultant, Olds focused on helping clients define strategic requirements,
understand competitive threats and opportunities, survey the market for
compatible technologies and provide guidance for solution features and
architecture.
Moreover, Olds is experienced in
on-demand pricing analytics solutions specific to CPG/Retail industries as well
as applications for natural language search and text analytics. He holds a B.S.
Chemistry from the University of

Hypatia of Alexandria (circa. 370-415 AD), invented
